Enclosure – Din Rail 24 Core

The DIN rail fiber enclosure is a housing for fiber splicing and termination points. The unit is suited for industrial or commercial installations. The unit has an integrated splice cassette and fiber management rods.’

Often this type of enclosure will be installed in a cabinate, either electrical or dedicated to fiber, that has a DIN rail mounting bracket.
Within the enclosure are splice protection holders as well as fiber adapter Midcoupler ports. The Midcoupler ports are suitable for SC Duplex / ST Duplex / LC Quad midcouplers. A midcoupler fixing screw is required to ensure the midcouplers are fastened securly to the hosuing.

There are 4 ingress points for cable to enter the enclosre, though there are only 2 cable glands (1op & bottom) included with the enclosure.
