It is also ideal for preparing fiber for pre-polished connectors to make a good end face connections, which is very important in the fiber splicing process, usually it works together with the fusion splicer to meet the installers needs.
The FC-6S Cleaver is based on the Sumitomo cleaver design. It is not our highest quality cleaver but can get the job done for those on a budget.
